Will Bass Jr. — Founder & Managing Partner
Will Bass has spent more than two decades at the intersection of strategy, capital, and execution — including tenure at Ernst & Young and seven years as a fractional growth partner and forward-deployed engineer inside companies ranging from fintech startups to PE-backed operators. He built Nexus Strategis on a simple conviction: advice without deployment is decoration. Today he leads the firm’s AI transformation practice and the development of Nexus Core, working alongside a network of operators, engineers, and capital partners across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
He is an active member of the veteran business community, with deep ties across the West Point network and defense-adjacent capital channels.
